THE DETAILS
What the table can’t fit. The contract you get at checkout says the same thing in legal language.
It doesn’t expire on a date
Starter and Pro stay valid for as long as your song stays within its limits. If it passes them, you upgrade and pay only the difference — your song stays up the whole time. Unlimited never expires at all.
The tag and the stems
MP3 and WAV files carry one producer tag at the start. Pro and Unlimited include the stems — every sound on its own track — so you can mute the tag and get the song mixed properly.
YouTube and Content ID
Every beat is registered with Content ID, so videos using it get an automatic claim. On Starter and Pro the ad money from that claim comes to me. On Unlimited, email me your channel and I’ll clear it so you can monetize. Don’t enrol your song in Content ID through your distributor. TikTok, Reels and Shorts never count toward your video limit.
Your streaming money is 100% yours
The beat stays mine, but the recording you make on it is yours — and so is everything it earns from streaming, downloads and sales. Don’t add me to your DistroKid or UnitedMasters splits.
Publishing is split 50/50
The underlying composition is shared between us. When you register the song with your PRO, list every writer so the shares total 100%: 50% for you and any co-writers, 50% for me. My ASCAP details are in your license. Within 30 days of release, email me the ISRC or a streaming link so our registrations match.
Film, TV, games and ads
No lease covers placements in film, TV, games or advertising. Those are only available with an Exclusive.
01
The beat comes off the store for good.
02
Everything unlimited — including film, TV, games and ads.
03
I take 15% of the song’s master earnings, only once you’ve earned back what you paid.
04
Publishing split 50/50, same as every license.
