Deno31k sells digital products and services: beat licenses, exclusive licenses, custom beats, and mixing and mastering. Please read this policy before you buy.

1. All sales are final

Beat files and license agreements are delivered by email as soon as payment goes through. Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final. Refunds are not given for:

• Changing your mind or not liking the beat after purchase.

• Buying the wrong license. You can upgrade at any time and pay only the difference.

• Not reading the beat description or the license terms before buying.

2. Duplicate payments

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same order, the duplicate payment will be refunded. Email deno@deno31k.com within 7 days of the purchase with your order number or the email address used at checkout.

3. Delivery problems

If your files do not arrive or the wrong beat was delivered, email deno@deno31k.com and we will send you the correct files. Delivery problems are fixed by re-sending the files, not by refunds.

4. Mixing, mastering and custom beats

Mixing and mastering and custom beat orders are services made for you and are non-refundable. Mixing and mastering includes three revision rounds instead.

5. Exclusive licenses

Exclusive licenses are non-refundable once the license agreement has been issued.

6. Refund method

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, usually within 2 business days of approval.

7. License termination

If a payment is refunded, the license connected to it ends and the beat may no longer be used.
